They were beyond what I could have imagined! They were professional, great to work with, and stellar performers. I received so many compliments from wedding guests. They brought an amazing energy, a perfect setlist, and people were on the dance floor for the whole set. Truly cannot speak highly enough of the performance!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blue Moose were absolutely INCREDIBLE! From the minute they started playing, the atmosphere was electric. We had been worried that the dance floor might be empty at times, as we all know at weddings people tend to head outside for a chat, but that definitely wasn’t the case with Blue Moose! They absolutely rocked the dance floor from start to finish. From Joe Dolan and ABBA to all the rock classics, they knew exactly how to read the crowd and had everyone up dancing and singing along. The atmosphere they created was unbelievable, and they really made the night so memorable. Even my 84-year-old granny was out on the dance floor all night, which really says it all! They had absolutely everyone up dancing, young and old. ❤️ Even when the band finished, there was no pause or awkward gap — their DJ was ready to go straight away and kept everyone on the dance floor. And getting everyone rowing on the floor to Rock the Boat was pure class, lads! 😂🙌 Tony and Bobby were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were professional, easy to communicate with and genuinely great guys. We honestly cannot recommend Blue Moose highly enough. Our band was the vendor that was most important to us and we really feel so lucky that Blue moose performed at our wedding. They were excellent with their communication beforehand and I had no worries leading up to the wedding. In particular we had another vendor perform before them and they gave really helpful advice for timing and set up. They were absolutely fantastic and kept the dance floor full all night- phots attached to show. They counted us down into the new year and they covered the DJ music until 2am, complete with spontaneous conga lines and tunnels. From the first interactions with them they are such a professional operation in comparison to some of the other vendors we booked for our wedding. Everything is clear from the beginning, and you have a call with Tony the week before to clarify any details like first dance etc. On the night of the wedding the band loaded in at the end of our meal and started set up straight away while people were enjoying their desert. They gave us a 5 minute warning for the first dance which allowed us to wrap up any conversations we were in and be ready to get onto the dance floor. After the first dance they were so engaging the whole night with the guests to encourage them to be on the dance floor. I saw uncles and aunties out dancing I would have never expected to get off their seats. The songs they played were a good mix of classics and new songs, they knew how to cater to the audience there and adjust to what they liked and keep the dance floor full all night. Similarly with the DJ service the tunes were brilliant and the dance floor was never empty, they were open to requests for songs in the DJ set but also knew the vibe and what was working to keep the dance floor full. I would recommend anyone thinking of hiring Blue Moose to just do it, they are top of their profession, they know what they are doing and you will be guaranteed your guests will have a great time with them. We live overseas so our research was based on videos and audio we watched over and over on Instagram of various bands. The authenticity of their live videos with no pre recorded audio over it is what we needed to make a decision and they had ample available and the energy and quality in them grabbed our attention. Can I just say What a Band. Absolutely amazing. So professional. The one thing I will say as a person who has gigged all his adult life, these guys are awesome. Our speeches ran over time and these guys could have easily done two 40 minute sets or whatever they wanted but they wanted us to have as much music as possible. They played right through for an hour and a half with no break. This did not go unnoticed from us and it was a very very classy touch. Also, as I sing, it was amazing to be able to share the stage with these guys and they had the dance floor rocking from the get go. I could not recommend BlueMoose highly enough. If you are getting married, do not look any further than these legends.The best wedding band around! We were worried leading up to our big day understandably with government restrictions, however, we were not worried when it came to having you guys play at our wedding. You reassured us from the beginning and informed us that all of you had undertaken the relevant Covid-19 compliance safety course and we had no hesitation in continuing with you as we knew that you had all the safety issues required covered. You were so helpful in your suggestions and were very accommodating with moving things forward slightly so that you could come and set up and get going more than an hour earlier than we had originally planned. We had reduced numbers at the wedding (50) but nothing felt small on the day - it was all so ''normal''! Everyone had plenty of room on the dance floor - no one worried about dancing together - everyone commented on how amazing you sounded and played and what a great, relaxed, fun wedding it was! We still had our full live band set followed by just over an hour's DJ session and all who wanted to dance enjoyed the night immensely! The next morning at breakfast and throughout the day as friends and family were leaving, they all said what a great day / night it was and how lovely it was to celebrate and just feel ''normal'' after the past 6 months we had had. The day and night felt so relaxed and we were so happy that everyone enjoyed themselves and you could tell especially during the last set of songs where we were all on the dance floor dancing and singing along at the top of our voices!! I just want to say to any couples out there wondering if they should go ahead with smaller numbers and worried that no one will enjoy it or dance or if it will feel weird, just do it!
